Submit your reports online and anonymously
Our whistleblower system offers you the opportunity to anonymously report known or suspected violations. Deutsche Börse Group provides a standardised electronic whistleblower system specifically for this purpose. You can submit your report online. You also have the option to give your advice by telephone.
With our whistleblower system, we want to ensure that persons who report violations in good faith receive the greatest possible confidentiality and the greatest possible protection against actual or threatened retaliation or reprisals as a result of the information they provide.
Reports on violations of human rights and environmental obligations
In the case of information and complaints relating to (potential) violations of human rights and environmental standards, you also have the option of submitting a report directly to the complaints processor of Deutsche Börse Group via e-mail. Within Deutsche Börse Group, our Group Compliance department is responsible for handling complaints, including such that fall within the scope of the German Due Diligence in Supply Chains Act. The designated complaints processors involve the Human Rights Officer in the investigation of a human rights or environmental complaint where necessary.
