The German Corporate Governance Code was first presented in February 2002 by a government commission appointed by the German Ministry of Justice. Our Company has been a member of this commission from the outset and has actively campaigned for improved codes of conduct and comprehensive disclosure requirements.

Both the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board issue an annual declaration of compliance with the German Corporate Governance Code. This declaration is published in the Corporate Report as well as on our website.
