New on Xetra: actively managed ETF from ETF Willow with AI-based model and a focus on US companies

Since Wednesday, a new Active Exchange Traded Fund issued by ETF Willow has been tradable via Xetra and Börse Frankfurt.

The investment objective of the AI-Enhanced US Equities UCITS ETF is to achieve a return above the MSCI USA Index through conscious stock selection. It identifies companies with high growth potential and low correlation to systematic risk factors such as national fiscal policy, regulatory changes, or global factors.

The upside potential of the companies is determined using expected returns, which are based on a holistic AI-based model. The risk factors are derived from a global fundamental risk model. The weighting of a security in the portfolio is determined by both its expected return and its risk assessment, with a higher expected return and lower risk leading to a higher weighting.
