New on Xetra: Active ETF from AXA IM with access to the global bond market for high-yield bonds

Since Wednesday, a new Active Exchange Traded Fund from AXA Investment Managers has been tradable on Xetra and Börse Frankfurt.

The AXA IM Global High Yield Opportunities UCITS ETF is actively managed and offers investors access to a portfolio of high yield bonds issued by companies in developed market and denominated in CAD, EURO, GBP and USD currencies. Non-USD currencies are hedged against the US dollar.

The bonds can be fixed or floating-rate bonds, convertible bonds, callable and perpetual bonds. The selection of debt securities is based on both available credit ratings and an internal credit and market risk analysis, considering credit fundamentals. The benchmark is the ICE BofA Developed Markets High Yield Index.

This is an accumulating share class, so the interest income is reinvested. The running costs are 0.45 per cent. The ETF can be traded in both Euro and US Dollar using the relevant ticker.
